Journey to Wellness is also a free and ongoing consultation resource to any mental health or substance abuse provider agency in the Mecklenburg, Piedmont or Pathways catchment area who are serving consumers with any type of hearing loss including those with deafness, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, late-deafened, and CODA (children of Deaf adults) populations.
As an advocate for the consumers and a consultant to the provider, Journey to Wellness can provide free assistance to providers during:

- Psychiatric Assessments
- Diagnostic Assessments
- Person-Centered Planning meetings
- Substance Abuse Intakes and Assessments
